FOR LOGIN INFORMATION SPECIFIC TO YOUR ANTHEM MEDICAL INSURANCE
1. Go to: www.Anthem.com
2. Enter your user name and password on the upper right side of the screen and click Login
FOR PLAN INFORMATION SPECIFIC TO YOUR PRESCRIPTION DRUG COVERAGE
For information on your prescription drug plan and to order refills, log in to the Anthem web site and click on the "View Pharmacy" link.
FOR LOGIN INFORMATION SPECIFIC TO YOUR PRINCIPAL DENTAL, LIFE AND DISABILITY INSURANCE
1. Go to: www.Principal.com
2. Click on Log in in the upper left corner
3. Under “Choose Login Type”, click on “Personal”
4. Enter your User Name and Password and click on “Login”
This takes you to the PERSONAL SUMMARY page, which provides an at-a-glance-view of all insurance coverages you have through Principal.
