FOR INFORMATION SPECIFIC TO YOUR MEDICAL, DENTAL, LIFE AND DISABILITY INSURANCE

1. Go to: www.Principal.com

2. Click on Login in the upper left corner

3. Under “Choose Login Type”, click on “Personal”

4. Enter your User Name and Password and click on “Login”

This takes you to the PERSONAL SUMMARY page, which provides an at-a-glance-view of all insurance coverages you have through Principal.

Click on the HEALTH tab at the top of the page for access to a variety of tools and information, including:

MY HEALTH MANAGER

IF YOU ARE IN A PPO PLAN

Click on the “Provider Directory” Link on the left side of this page to find a Health Care Provider. Refer to your ID card to see if you belong to the Sagamore Health Network-Plus, PHCS, or Encore Health network.
